A life-long learner and proven leader, Stephen repeatedly inspires leaders and teams to face adversity without fear, to love unconditionally, and to relentlessly pursue becoming better.

He earned a BA in Economics and Business from the Virginia Military Institute. He served in the U.S. Army, leading high-performance teams in combat as a paratrooper and Ranger-qualified officer. Following his military service, Stephen joined his hometown police department, where he led the elite officers of the department’s SWAT team.

Now a Certified Meta Performance Coach at Novus Global, Stephen brings fifteen years of leadership in high-stakes environments into every coaching conversation. Armed with tools from the Meta Performance Institute, his dauntless approach empowers leaders and their organizations to break out of what is—and achieve what can be.
